Purchase Guarantee
At Crossroads Music, we truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. To that end, we provide you the in-store opportunity to sample all instruments and equipment until you are certain you are receiving the best value for your money.
Due to the high-end nature of some purchases and to retain the quality of our instruments and amplifiers, we also allow an additional 48 hour period for you to inspect and confirm that the instrument or amplifier is all you expect it to be.
In the rare event that you are not satisfied, you may return the guitar or amplifier for a full refund (minus a 10% restocking fee) with your original sales receipt within that 48 hour period. Returned products must be in the exact same condition as you received it.
The following are exceptions:
- "Special Orders" - All special orders "Not in Stock" are non-returnable
- Used merchandise is sold "as is" and is not returnable
- Altered instruments - An instrument altered in any way after purchase is non-returnable
- Item used outside the home - on a gig for example - then returned, is non-refundable
This guarantee is for the original retail purchaser of the product and does not cover abuse or neglect.
Defect Warranty
All new instruments and amplifiers are backed by the full manufacturer's warranty. All warranties, service or repairs for new items are to be handled through an authorized service center or with the manufacturer. Please check with Crossroads Music first, we are most likely the authorized service center.
Please be certain to fill out and send in all necessary paperwork and retain your original sales receipt.
