Sunday Jam at Crossroads Music
On the 1st Sunday of every month - from September through December - Crossroads Music hosts an open acoustic jam from 1pm til 4pm. It is held at the store and is totally self-sufficient...that is, we don't butt-in! It is totally up to the group to figure out what to play, how to play it and who does what. Everyone brings their own guitars and Crossroads provides the space, a bass, a keyboard and a drum kit.
There is one main rule (and a few minor ones). The key thing to remember is to please leave your ego at the door and come in and share what you know...who knows, perhaps you might pick up a trick or two yourself.
Sometimes it's good..sometimes it's great...but it is always fun!
